Enrollment Process

1. DAY CARE VISIT

Families are highly encouraged to visit our Daycare, you can schedule a visit by contacting us at (415) 774-6787 or karla@cielitolindospanish.com. Parents will also need to submit an application (see next step).

Daycare visits would be scheduled outside of the daycare's regular operation time - M-F after 5:30pm - or Saturday from 9AM to noon.

2. APPLICATION

Families can download either the Infant Application Form for 3-24 month old babies, or the Preschool Application Form for the 25+ month olds. Alternatively you can pick up a hard-copy application during the Day Care visit, or we can send you a copy via email.

Families interested to be considered for enrollment will need to submit a completed application along with a $70 application fee for processing (non-refundable). The fee can be paid by bank transfer, cash, Venmo, Zelle.

Submissions of applications could be done at Day Care or via email, if you can submit before or during your visit your enrollment process will be faster.

3. DECISION

After the application is submitted, a decision will be notified to the families a few days after the submission.

If your family was selected to enroll, you have five days to accept or decline the opening space.

If we don't hear from you with five days, we will assume you are not interested anymore and the opportunity could be given to another family.

4. PACKAGE

An enrollment package needs to be filled out, we can send via email or picked up at our location.

5. REGISTRATION

To secure enrollment, families are required to meet with the provider, review and sign the enrollment package (contract/parents handbook policies and agreements), and make payment for both the first week of tuition fees and the deposit for the last week of services.

Enrollment fees are non-refundable.

NOTE: Tuition fees are paid in advance, at the latest each Monday for the week of service.

6. WELCOME

Welcome new family now you are part of our family. Your child can start attending Daycare as according to the day that was stipulated in the contract agreement, we normally star kids on Monday EXCEPT on Holidays or if we are in vacation (in these cases we would start the kids on the next working day).
